The Maintain plan covers the essentials, such as updates, backups, and security, to keep your site stable and protected. The Support plan adds premium-level hosting, proactive monitoring, and one hour of monthly hands-on support. The Manage plan is our most comprehensive plan, adding two hours of monthly support, monthly performance reporting and a quarterly strategy review meeting.
Not necessarily, however there are a few things to know before getting started. All new maintenance clients whose sites were not built by our team go through a site review and migration process starting at $250. This covers our time to evaluate your site, set it up in our systems and make sure it meets the technical standards we maintain across all client sites. If during that review we determine we are unable to support your site or the migration is more complex than anticipated, we will discuss your options upfront.
No. Our plans are month to month so you are never locked into a long-term commitment. We do require 30 days notice for cancellation, and we will provide a full backup of your site at any time should you decide to go in a different direction. If you prefer to pay annually upfront, we also offer a 10% discount on plans.
Additional support requests beyond your included monthly hours are handled on an hourly basis. Clients on the Manage plan receive a 10% discount on our standard hourly rate for any additional work requested. We are transparent about time and will always let you know before work begins if a request will go beyond your included hours.
Response times vary by plan, however we respond to all support requests within 1-3 business days. Manage plan clients receive our fastest response times (24 hours) as a priority. All support plan clients have direct access to our support team. We communicate clearly about timelines for every request.
Yes. You can move between plans at any time with 30 days advance notice. Whether you need more support as your business grows or want to scale back, we make the transition seamless.
Yes, all plans include website hosting. The level of hosting differs by tier.
The Maintain plan includes our standard hosting, which keeps your site live, secure and accessible. The Support and Manage plans include premium-level hosting, which delivers faster load speeds and an added layer of security. In practical terms, premium hosting means your site performs better for visitors, holds up under higher traffic and has stronger protection against threats. All of which also contribute positively to your search rankings as well.
We evaluate our support plan pricing once a year at the end of each calendar year. If a pricing adjustment is necessary due to rising costs, it takes effect at the beginning of the following year. We are committed to keeping increases reasonable so pricing will never increase more than 5% of your current plan rate. You will always be notified of any changes in advance so you have time to review your plan before the new pricing takes effect.
