All support tickets not covered under a site maintenance plan will be billed at $165/hour during regular office hours. Emergencies required outside of office hours whose warranty period has expired will be billed at $200/hour.
Prior to beginning work, we will send an email with an estimate of work and your support window. Please note if your site is outside of your 30 day post-launch warranty period and do not have an ongoing support plan, you may be subject to additional fees for any support provided.
