Conveyco

Conveyco is a warehouse automation systems integrator with close to 50 years of experience designing and implementing complex material handling solutions for clients across retail, e-commerce, food and beverage, cold chain and similar industries. They bring together conveyor systems, sortation technology, automated storage and retrieval, robotics, autonomous mobile robots and their proprietary New Dawn warehouse execution software into fully integrated solutions that transform how distribution centers operate.

When Conveyco went through a company rebrand, the website could no longer be an afterthought. The existing site had accumulated an excessive number of pages over time, creating a navigation structure that overwhelmed visitors and made it difficult to quickly find relevant information. In addition, the design was outdated and no longer reflected the company’s market position. For a firm competing for multi-million dollar warehousing projects, a site confusing prospective buyers before they ever reach out is a real liability.

The rebrand created the opportunity and urgency to build a website worthy of the new evolution of Conveyco.

THE Creative Strategy

Our Solution

The buyers Conveyco sells to are not impulse purchasers, they are operations directors, supply chain executives, and logistics leaders evaluating significant capital investments over long sales cycles. A website that only describes what Conveyco does, without helping prospective clients understand the solutions they are evaluating, would miss that research journey.

Our first priority was structural. The old site had grown into an unmanageable collection of pages, so the new architecture was deliberately simplified around the decisions a buyer actually needs to make: what technologies are available, which industries Conveyco serves, how Conveyco approaches a project differently and how to start a conversation.

Technology pages for each major solution category, including AS/RS, AMRs and robotics, conveyor systems, sortation, packaging automation, pallet handling, and WES software, were built to serve both the casual researcher and the ready buyer. Industry-specific pages for retail, e-commerce, cold chain, food and beverage, footwear, and parts distribution let visitors quickly identify themselves within Conveyco’s capabilities. The RightFit methodology, Conveyco’s proprietary approach to designing solutions, was given a dedicated presence that differentiates the firm from competitors.

The Results

Post-Launch Impact

In B2B warehouse automation, a single project engagement can represent a multi-million dollar investment. The metrics that matter most are the quality of engagement and the conversion of that engagement into real business conversations.

Over 6,500 HubSpot form submissions represent a consistent pipeline of qualified project inquiries from buyers actively evaluating warehouse automation solutions. For a firm whose sales cycle involves detailed discovery, solution design and executive-level approvals, these are prospective clients who have done enough research to become part of the sales funnel.

The contact page holds a 94.4% engagement rate, meaning that visitors who navigate there are overwhelmingly taking action. Content pages perform just as strongly: the AS/RS Types and Uses guide, one of the site’s top organic landing pages, holds a 92% engagement rate across over 5,500 visits, reflecting an audience that arrived with a specific question and found a thorough answer.

The simplified architecture that replaced an overwhelming legacy site is doing exactly what it was designed to do: helping the right buyers find what they need, understand what Conveyco offers and take the next step.
