Please note our customer support hours:

Monday 3:30-5:00pm || Wednesday 10am-12:30pm || Thursday 10:00am -4pm

All support tickets not covered under a site maintenance plan will be billed at $150/hour during regular office hours. Emergencies required outside of office hours whose warranty period has expired will be billed at $200/hour. Prior to beginning work we will send an email with an estimate of work and your support window. Please note if your site is outside of your 30 day post-launch warranty period you may be subject to additional fees for any support provided.
